Defendant, Randall Lee Leske, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of sexual assault on a child, one count of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and one count of aggravated incest. Defendant also appeals as an abuse of discretion the concurrent sentences of sixteen, twenty-two, and twenty-eight years imposed upon the three convictions respectively. We vacate defendants conviction and sentence for sexual assault on a child and affirm the remaining convictions and sentences in all respects.
